Foundation Partners Group Adds to Minnesota Footprint

Orlando, FL – June 24, 2021 – Foundation Partners Group, a leading provider of innovative funeral and cemetery experiences and products, today announced the acquisition of Sandberg Funeral & Cremation Services in North St. Paul, Minnesota. The acquisition expands the Foundation Partners network in Minnesota to seven locations with five in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.

The Sandberg Family has been serving the North St. Paul community since 1942 when Gus Sandberg purchased the mortuary. His two sons, Paul and Bill, helped him run the business and assumed operations from their father in 1963. Paul’s daughter, Mary Kaye Sandberg, joined the family business in 1987 and worked alongside her father for 11 years before taking over herself.
