Orlando, FL – Foundation Partners Group (FPG), a leading provider of innovative funeral, cemetery and cremation experiences and products, has announced the acquisition of Summers Funeral Homes. The acquisition of this firm represents FPG’s first locations in the state of Idaho.

Summers Funeral Homes had its beginnings more than 100 years ago in 1911 in Boise, when Clyde E. Summers, an early employee of the funeral home, became a partner and the funeral home was renamed Fry and Summers. David Yraguen joined the funeral home in 1977 and several years later bought the firm. A second funeral facility and crematorium was built in nearby Meridian, Idaho in 2001.
