Life in the United States certainly has changed over the last month. In every facet of society, we are all adjusting to a new way of life. While the health of our Team Members and the families we serve remain our top priority, we also accept our ongoing responsibility to support our communities during this time of need. Both federal and state governments have designated our businesses as critical infrastructure and each one of our locations across 20 states remains open and ready to provide service for their communities in this time of need.
The message that every one of our 1400+ Foundation Partners’ Team Members would like to communicate to the families and communities we serve is this: “We are open and here to support you by delivering the high quality services your families have come to expect – regardless of the circumstances.”
While the approach we may use in delivering services today is slightly different than what we have done in the past, families can continue to count on us to use all of our resources to help them memorialize their loved ones in the most respectful and caring way. Our team of highly trained funeral professionals are experienced in dealing with public health emergencies, from viruses to infectious diseases and natural disasters.
To help reinforce social distancing guidelines, Foundation Partners’ firms are providing a variety of ways for families to make virtual arrangements using e-commerce solutions, screen sharing, video calls and more. Where memorial gatherings are limited to no more than 10 people, we offer live webcasting services so that extended families and friends can still participate and pay their respects.
Because the health and safety of our Team Members and communities are our top priority, we continually re-evaluate our policies and procedures to comply with all regulatory mandates. That way, we can ensure every Team Member is equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment and our facilities remain safe and welcoming spaces.
Our funeral homes across the country have a great sense of pride and ownership in the communities we serve. This national public health crisis only strengthens that commitment and our desire to continue to serve families with the same high levels of care and dedication. While our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the families, friends and communities impacted by the Coronavirus, please know that all 1400+ Team Members of Foundation Partners Group are here to help you navigate this very trying time. We’ll get through this together.
